Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how PE (IE) Sholokhov Mikhail processes personal data on repetoo.com and in the Repetoo platform, in line with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. Our role

• For website visitors and school owners who contact us or create a school, we are the controller.
• For students, teachers and staff of schools using Repetoo, the school is the controller and we act as its processor.

2. Data we collect

• Name, email, phone and school name from forms and sign-up.
• Account data: login, role, settings and activity in the platform.
• Payment data: amount, date and status. We never receive or store full card details; the payment provider processes them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
• Learning data inside the platform: answers, vocabulary, schedule and lesson chat. Video calls are not recorded unless the school turns recording on.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request, create your school and start the trial (consent, steps before a contract).
• To provide the platform and support (contract).
• To take payments and issue receipts (contract, legal obligations).
• To improve the site using aggregated statistics (consent to analytics cookies).
• To process student data on behalf of schools (the school's instructions).

4. Storage and security

We use encrypted connections, role-based access, backups and activity logs. Customer data is kept for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends unless law requires otherwise. Student data is deleted at the school's request or 30 days after the school's contract ends.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and with authorities where required by law. Our servers may be located outside Armenia; in that case we apply safeguards required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by writing to hello@repetoo.com. We reply within 10 business days. If you are a student of a school, it is easier to contact the school directly: it controls your data and we will carry out its request.

We publish new versions on this page. They apply from the date of publication.
