Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Repetoo platform provided by PE (IE) Sholokhov Mikhail (“we”, “Repetoo”). By starting a free trial or paying for a plan you accept these Terms.

1. The service

Repetoo is software as a service for language schools and teachers: video lessons, textbooks and tasks, scheduling, payments, reports and branding. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the term of your subscription. Repetoo is not an educational institution; your school is responsible for the teaching it provides.

2. Free trial and plans

• The free trial lasts 3 days and does not require a bank card.
• The price depends on the number of active students and is shown on repetoo.com. Teachers and admins are unlimited.
• Plans are paid in advance monthly or yearly. Yearly billing includes the discount shown on the site.
• If you exceed your plan's student limit, the next plan applies from the next billing period.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Periods already paid are not affected.

3. Your account and content

• You keep all rights to the textbooks, tasks and other content you upload. We use it only to run the platform.
• You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it complies with applicable law.
• Keep your login details safe and tell us about any suspected unauthorised access.
• After your subscription ends you can export your data for 30 days; then it is deleted.

4. Personal data of your students and staff

Your school is the controller of the personal data of its students, teachers and staff. We process this data on your behalf only to provide the platform, keep it confidential and apply appropriate security measures. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep the platform available around the clock, except for planned maintenance announced in advance. Support replies within one business day.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties, network failures or force majeure. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last three months of service.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Repetoo at any time by turning off renewal. We may suspend access for a breach of these Terms after notifying you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first and then in the courts of Yerevan, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Changes do not worsen the conditions of a period already paid.
